My ardent desire is to materialize the Kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven. Worship plays a large part in making that happen as we (the gates) lift up our heads and fling wide our ancient doors so that the King of Glory may enter in.  As we engage, we see that His throne is a noisy and brilliant place – flashes of lightnings, rumblings that shake door posts, thunderings uttering the inexpressible, rainbows of colors untold, voices crying holy, holy, holy.  It’s passionate, intense, energetic—leading to a crescendo of intimate calm and abandon. This is worship as it should be on earth – loving and engaging God with all of our heart, mind, and strength – with all that we are, with all that we will be, and with all that is within us.  This is the way I choose to worship—holding nothing back. I welcome angels and saints, creatures and beings, the cloud of witnesses, men in white linen, preserved ones, all of creation in all dimensions (known and unknown) to worship the LORD, for He alone is worthy.

mercy + grace,
